II - CREATION OF THEME BANK.
The different themes that include all specialities have already been announced above.
They are themes used by the National French Union of continuing training.
They are applicable and modifiable in TUNISIA on demand.
III - CREATION OF OBJECTIVE BANK - THEMES.
It is difficult to express it straightaway because it must be achieved on the demand of physicians, according to their need and according to the evolution of Medicine; the creation of an objective statement theme must already meet requirements already mentioned (educational objective according to the qualities of educational objectives).
IV - THE REALIZATION OF A BULLETIN C.M.T (Newspaper).
It is the biggest wish, because it allows the coordination of the C.M.T, the advertisement, the updating and especially the perpetuation and the continuous perfection of the C.M.T; its difficult realization requires first a awareness and a professionnalisation of the C.M.T. by Physicians themselves.
V - COMPUTER, INTERNET, TELEMEDECINE and CONTINUOUS MEDICAL TRAINING.

VI - NATIONAL LOGISTICS OF THE CONTINUOUS MEDICAL TRAINING.
THE MEDICAL CLUB OF C.M.T: meeting point ; computers; library; places of congress and mini-congress, in Tunis and big cities of TUNISIA with antennas and place of national programming of CMT for all kinds of physicians; Medical Association place.
The only condition that bring together, improve, blooms, heighten, puts up date the physician is a good and lasting medical training
This guide of C.M.T. is destined to defend and to have a good C.M.T. for all.
The C.M.T. must be taken in charge by the profession itself, its decentralization and especially its organization around small groups.
To conceive and to put at the disposal of physicians, means to assure in the respect of their independence and their condition of exercise, an approach of research and quality of cares.
RESOLUTIONS
To allow the neediest physicians a C.M.T conformed to norms and requirements of the modern medicine, it would be necessary:
  - To involve physicians, with any kind and place of exercise in an obligatory C.M.T dynamics,
  - To involve Faculties of Medicine to introduce in the basic teaching of the student in medicine new norms of pedagogy allowing the student:
  - To pass From the initial medical training to the C.M.T with reflexes of pedagogy allowing him the easy use of the medical computer,
  - To provide him with methods of training and evaluation encouraging his autonomy to internalize very early his condition of perpetual " learner "
To involve Associations and Medical Societies to ELABORATE a more rational C.M.T, a better targeted, concerning a large medical population, obedient to the real needs of physicians and meeting norms of Pedagogy.
To create national institutions of C.M.T including:
  - meeting places: distributed on national scale,
  - an united logistics of C.M.T: computers, rooms of meetings, staff, conferences, slide rooms, libraries, audio-visual means of C.M.T etc..
  - a medical personnel of C.M.T entitled and formed in the medical educational animation
  - a development of national programs of C.M.T according to the relevance of every kind of exercise and speciality,
  - a creation of a group of physicians colleges in charge of the follow-up of programs of training and especially of the certification of presence.
To make progressively ACCREDITABLE the C.M.T before the National Council of the order of Physicians and that, by putting colleges of C.M.T in charge of to validate or not the Modules of C.M.T, allowing or not the continuation of the exercise of the medicine!
