B/ CONDITIONS OF REALIZATION OF A GOOD C.M.T :
I - THE COORDINATOR:
It is first necessary to have a coordinator, he is a dynamic physician, , motivated, aware of responsibility (in charge of the C.M.T), having easy contacts with his colleagues, volunteer and especially accustomed to the new norms of the medical training pedagogy.
II - THE NEED:
It is necessary that the need in retraining, in continuous medical training is felt by the physician.
It is necessary to create this need by an excellent awareness.
The awareness should be made by a professional coordinator whose essential role is to motivate by the various means "the physician" to "to ask" and "to formulate" his needs in continuing education.
This awareness is the Primum Movens: starting point of the C.M.T
The role of the coordinator is difficult because while mobilizing a group of physicians around a theme, an expert, in a round table, within a staff, he must remain " neutral " without taking account of the subjectivity of every participant. Otherwise, the coordinator while being a first line Physician like his colleagues must not, at any case, substitute himself as an expert.
III - CONTACTS:
To mobilise physicians around a theme, the coordinator physician must establish sane contacts, repetitive with his colleagues to perfect and to perpetuate sessions of training. He will need a triple breath:
a good convivial breath with his colleagues.
a breath with experts and specialists that allow inter-relations between physicians of different specialities; and what is even desirable between physicians of different kinds of exercise.
a long breath: because it is question of contacts of long breath that allow to "ritualize" the C.M.T within physicians. By the way, the primordial role of these contacts is to create homogeneous groups of physicians that meet regularly to perfect their medical training.....Next
